.::.Linking a Tag in IM.::.

First off…I’d like to Thank my Good Friend .::Lorri::. for lettin’ me use her Tutorial for Linking.

Linking a Tag in IM is very simple.

Let’s get started.

Open a new mail. Make sure the background is blank.

Hit insert and insert your tag.
Then after your tag hit enter to get to the next line.
On that line you would insert: Tag by Sonni's Somfin's
Under that you can put anything else you like.

Highlight the whole line and click the globe with the chain on your toolbar.
A box will come up.
In the URL box you would put the website address for the site you need to link to.
This is the URL that you use for my site http://sonnissomfins.tripod.com/

Then center it all or leave it to the left.
However you like your tags to look.
I like mine centered.

Highlight the whole thing…text and graphic.
Then click on the drop down arrow next to Signature on your tool bar.
Hit new signature.
In the white box you will see a blinking bar.
Click Edit and Paste.
Then you save it.

Voila

Once you do it a few times you get the hang of it and it takes no time to put them together.
You can store different tags there and use them when you want.
It’s a neat feature.

Notice when you click on the “Tag by Sonni's Somfin's”.
It takes you to my web site…this is the correct way to link my tags.
There HAS to be a clickable link.
